I found this so incredibly difficult. I’ve always had huge respect for waiting staff but after this week it’s grown to almost unimaginable levels. I cut myself, twice, within about ten minutes. After the second night my feet had decided they didn’t like being covered in skin. On the last shift, about 5 minutes before I was due to finish, I poured wine into a ladies handbag. I was not good at this.
